I’m Natalie. Please note that I’m a home based self taught nail artist in Chicago (westside) who specializes in manicures, pedicures, dry pedicures and gelx. I practice safe sanitation and proper cleaning of implements! If you do not see an appointment time and date that you’re looking for please let me know if I have availability. I will be able to work with you. Booking is based on the length of time a service will take so if you are booking a service and it exceeds the hours that I am available, please let me know. There is a option to book for after hours in day appointments. There is a fee for it. But I can always make a accommodations to make sure that you get an appointment.! You are required to pay a 20$ NON REFUNDABLE deposit for the service or services you book! If it is a bundle deal, the deposit will be half of the service total. Deposits go towards your service and also secure your spot! If you book more than one service both services require a deposit. No deposit no service. There is a 15 minute grace period before a 25$ late fee is charged to your total. After 15 minutes you will have a 25$ late fee added to your final total. After 30 mins your appointment will be cancelled and you forfeit your deposit because your deposit is non refundable. BUY NOW PAY LATER PAYMENT IS AVAILABLE AT CHECKOUT! A DEPOSIT IS STILL REQUIRED! No extra people or kids at all unless being serviced.

Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel or reschedule for any reason please contact me within 24 hours of cancellation. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 30 percent of services. No call no shows will be banned from booking and will result in losing your deposit.
